Job summary

NFP, an Aon company, is seeking a Senior Account Manager to own renewal and marketing processes, craft client materials, and lead open enrollment communications. You will collaborate with Advisors and Account Executives to deliver superior service and strengthen client relationships.

The role emphasizes leadership in open enrollment, client meetings, and proactive service delivery while supporting the team in day-to-day client servicing and carrier communications.

Qualifications

• BA/BS preferred.
• Typically more than five years industry and product line experience.
• Life, Accident and Health Insurance License required.

Responsibilities

• Maintain relationships with carrier and client contacts; participate in meetings and calls.
• Manage renewal and marketing process with Account Executives and Advisors.
• Review benefit plan summaries and carrier source documents for accuracy.
• Mentor junior team members and provide training as needed.
• Develop and maintain client relationships and knowledge of insurance coverages.
• Communicate with clients and vendors; understand regulatory language.
