You will research, analyze plans, and serve as a primary liaison with clients and carrier reps, delivering strategic guidance and leadership to the team.

The role emphasizes supervising enrollment processes, mentoring staff, and ensuring on-time deliverables while improving client satisfaction and outcomes in a dynamic benefits

Responsibilities

• Negotiate terms, conditions, coverage and pricing with carriers.
• Develop and maintain client relationships; act as subject matter authority on Health & Welfare benefits.
• Supervise enrollment processes and mentor junior team members.
• Lead policy evaluation and client communication to ensure satisfaction.
• Explain regulatory guidelines and provide strategic client guidance.
