Job summary

NFP, an Aon company, is seeking a Sr. Account Manager to support the delivery of employee benefits solutions. You will manage renewals, analyze plans, prepare client presentations, and coordinate compliance while partnering with carriers and internal teams.

The role emphasizes relationship management, analytical thinking, and proactive client service. The candidate should have 3+ years of client service experience, an associate degree or higher, and a life/health license within six months.

• Assist with open enrollment and client meetings; support marketing materials.
• Ensure 5500 filings are completed in a timely manner.
