You will also lead open enrollment presentations, mentor juniors, and develop materials for client communications while maintaining strong relationships with clients and carriers.

Formación

• BA/BS preferred.
• Typically more than five years industry and product line experience.

Responsabilidades

• Maintain relationships with clients and carrier contacts, leading meetings and calls.
• Manage renewal and marketing process from start to finish with Account Executives and Advisors.
• Review benefit plans and carrier documents for accuracy amidst regulatory language.
• Lead open enrollment presentations and oversee OE communications.
• Draft client presentations in collaboration with Account Executives or Advisors and participate in client meetings.
• Update benefit guides and client resources post open enrollment or changes.
• Prepare data for annual client compliance audits and present as needed.
• Ensure 5500 forms are filed timely and correctly.
