The ideal candidate has a bachelor’s degree, 5–7 years of experience, strong presentation skills, proficiency with MS Office, and Life & Health resident license. The role involves working with small groups, open enrollment, and collaboration with Creative and vendor partners.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• 5–7 years of work-related experience with proficiency in multiple disciplines related to the role.
• Life & Health resident license required.
• Excellent presentation, written and communication skills.
• Proficient with Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
• Ability to learn Agency Management and Imaging Systems.

Responsibilities

• Present in-depth renewal analyses and strategy discussions for clients.
• Participate in sales presentations and represent the Client Manager role.
• Lead renewal and funding strategy discussions with clients.
• Prepare and present quarterly client reports and stewardship materials.
• Lead open enrollment meetings and vendor implementations.
