Job summary

Marsh McLennan Agency is seeking a Client Advisor on the Employee Health & Benefits team. You’ll work with producers and clients to develop effective benefits programs, manage renewals, and resolve issues while supporting new business opportunities.

The role requires 7+ years in benefits with 3+ years in client management, plus strong relationship and presentation skills and knowledge of ACA/ERISA regulations. Hybrid work environment offered.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience required.
• 7+ years in employee benefits with 3+ years in client management.
• Experience with group health, medical, dental, FSA and COBRA plans.
• Knowledge of ACA, HIPAA, ERISA regulations.

Responsibilities

• Develop employee benefits programs for client book.
• Provide strategic and tactical consulting to clients.
• Manage renewal processes and deliver ongoing problem resolution.
• Support new business opportunities through prospects and relationships.
• Lead small team and collaborate with producers.
