Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent education and related training.
• 5+ years of relevant insurance industry experience.
• Strong client relations skills and excellent communication.
• Understanding of multiple funding mechanisms (fully insured, level funded, ASO).
• Advanced knowledge of MS Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint).

Responsibilities

• Serve as primary client contact, balancing service and strategic planning.
• Coordinate with carriers, stop-loss providers, and TPAs on renewals and reporting.
• Support cost-modeling, scenario analysis, and funding strategy evaluations.
• Maintain client relationships through regular updates and 30-day check-ins.
