Job summary

You will identify renewal opportunities, present proposals, mentor teammates, and stay current on industry changes through seminars and carrier meetings, contributing to growth and client satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent education and related training.
• 7+ years of relevant insurance industry experience.
• Strong client relations skills, including service orientation.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain relationships with clients and carriers.
• Develop and execute client service plans for assigned accounts.
• Coordinate renewal processes and supporting materials.
• Identify cross-sell opportunities and new lines of coverage.
• Mentor team members and support cross-functional collaboration.
