Job summary

Marsh McLennan Agency is seeking an Employee Health & Benefits Client Manager in Georgia. This role focuses on building client relationships, administering benefits programs, and ensuring compliance with ERISA, HIPAA, and ACA requirements.

You will collaborate with clients to tailor benefits solutions, manage enrollments, and provide data-driven insights. A Life & Health license and 3–5 years of benefits experience are preferred. On-site role with commuting to GA offices.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, or a related field preferred.
• 3–5 years of experience in employee benefits, insurance, or account management.
• Strong knowledge of health and benefits regulations and industry trends.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook).
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities effectively.
• A commitment to providing exceptional client service.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain strong client relationships as the primary health and benefits contact.
• Oversee implementation and administration of employee health and benefits programs.
• Collaborate with clients to assess needs and tailor benefits solutions.
• Ensure compliance with ERISA, HIPAA, ACA and related regulations.
• Prepare and present reports on utilization, trends, and program effectiveness.
• Liaise with carriers and vendors to negotiate contracts and ensure service delivery.
• Lead open enrollment planning, communication, and logistics.
• Provide training and support to clients and employees on benefits programs.
