Qualifikationen

• Bachelor’s degree preferred and 3–5 years of related experience as an Account Manager or Account Representative in employee benefits.
• Client-facing experience preferred.
• L&H License required.

Aufgaben

• Maintains client relationships and supports retention while understanding client needs.
• Collaborates on delivering multi-year strategic plans and manages vendor implementations.
• Provides benchmarking reports to clients (annual/quarterly/monthly) and assists with billing audits as needed.
• Prepares open enrollment materials and participant communications including SBCs and SPD wraps.
