Job summary

You will perform root-cause analysis, implement corrective actions, and contribute to software architecture reviews, design documentation, and validation reports for fielded and new UPS platforms.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Electrical/Computer Engineering or CS
• Minimum 3 years of embedded software experience
• Experience in C/C++ development
• Experience debugging and root-cause analysis
• Experience with embedded communication protocols

Responsibilities

• Develop, test, and support embedded software for UPS products
• Troubleshoot software, communication, and system-level issues
• Investigate and resolve customer-reported field issues
• Perform root cause analysis and corrective actions
• Support software releases, patches, and firmware updates
• Collaborate with controls, hardware, quality, and service teams
