National Multiple Sclerosis Society seeks a Sr. Manager, Email to lead the mass market email program, driving engagement, donor acquisition and revenue growth through strategic campaigns and lifecycle journeys.

You will collaborate with partners and internal teams to optimize segmentation, personalization, and performance, ensuring brand compliance and accessibility across devices and platforms.

Qualificações

• 5+ years of experience in email strategy and campaign execution.
• Experience managing agencies or vendors and leading remote teams.
• Proficiency with bulk email platforms (Higher Logic, HubSpot, Klaviyo, Salesforce Marketing Cloud).
• Experience with marketing automation (journey orchestration, personalization, segmentation).
• Strong written and verbal communication, and ability to grow engagement and revenue.

Responsabilidades

• Manage day-to-day strategy and execution of the mass email program for fundraising and engagement.
• Coordinate email production with external partners and vendors.
• Oversee email builds, QA, deployment, and accessibility compliance.
• Develop automated donor lifecycle journeys to improve acquisition and retention.
• Create dashboards and report on email performance and fundraising results.
