Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in email strategy, project management and campaign execution.
• Experience mentoring staff, remote work experience preferred.
• Experience with bulk email software and marketing automation platforms.

Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day strategy and execution of the mass market email program.
• Coordinate email production with external partners and vendors.
• Build, QA and deploy campaigns with segmentation and personalization.
• Develop automated donor lifecycle journeys and reporting dashboards.
• Ensure compliance with CAN-SPAM and accessibility standards.
