NinjaHoldings is seeking a Sr. Communications & Email Marketing Associate to own and optimize email, SMS, and push campaigns. You will manage strategy, build/QA, execution, and reporting across customer communications with a data-driven focus.

The role emphasizes segmentation, deliverability, and conversion/retention improvements, requiring strong analytical acumen and ownership mindset in a remote-friendly environment.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of experience in email, CRM, or lifecycle marketing, preferably in financial services or regulated industries.
• Proficiency with multichannel platforms such as Iterable, Braze, Marketo, or similar automation tools.
• Strong technical skills including HTML/CSS and SQL for querying relational databases.
• Advanced analytical skills to translate data into action and optimize campaigns.
• Experience in A/B testing, multivariate testing, and journey optimization.
• Experience with project management and prioritizing tasks in shifting environments.
• Comfort with using AI tools to improve workflow and campaign quality.
• Exceptional written communication and strong ownership mindset.

Responsibilities

• Build and execute email, SMS, and push campaigns to acquire, retain, and engage customers.
• Develop and iterate on A/B tests to improve the customer experience.
• Debug HTML/CSS, journeys, lists, and other email execution aspects.
• Monitor deliverability, reduce spam complaints, and improve open/click rates.
• Create dashboards to monitor performance and investigate anomalies.
• Collaborate with product and engineering on marketing-related features.
