Job summary

JetBlue Airways in Long Island City, NY seeks a Senior Analyst Email Marketing Development to design responsive email experiences across the customer lifecycle and convert marketing ideas into production‑ready code. You’ll collaborate with CRM Data & Audiences, Creative, Analytics, Loyalty and Data Science to build modular templates, personalization, and triggered messages using Braze, Liquid and SQL.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Marketing, CS, IS, digital media, or equivalent experience or 4+ years in related work.
3+ years in email development or CRM development roles.
Hands-on experience coding responsive emails in HTML/CSS and building reusable components.
Experience with Braze or similar enterprise engagement platforms.
Experience with Liquid or similar templating languages for dynamic content.

Responsibilities

Build responsive, accessible HTML emails across promotional, lifecycle and transactional messages.
Develop modular templates, coding standards, and QA processes for scalable email programs.
Translate marketing strategies and journeys into production email experiences.
Create triggered and automated lifecycle communications using Braze.
