Breeze Aviation Group, Inc. is seeking a Manager Lifecycle Marketing to own the full lifecycle program across email, SMS, and push, from planning and segmentation through execution and reporting.

The role blends strategic thinking with hands-on execution, designing journeys (welcome, reengagement, win-back, post-purchase, loyalty) and building scalable templates while partnering with cross-functional teams to achieve acquisition, engagement and revenue goals.

Formación

• 4 year degree in Marketing, Advertising, or related field.
• 5+ years in B2C email, lifecycle, or CRM marketing.
• Hands-on HTML email coding in an ESP like Iterable.
• Strong analytics with GA and Excel tying activity to revenue.
• Experience with marketing automation, segmentation, and personalization.
• Understanding CAN-SPAM, TCPA, and deliverability compliance.
• Self-starter with proven project delivery under varying hours.
• Interest in AI and automation to boost marketing performance.

Responsabilidades

• Own email, SMS, and push marketing program lifecycle design and execution.
• Develop audience segmentation to personalize messaging by behavior and lifecycle.
• Build scalable HTML email templates and coordinate asset creation.
• Manage campaign roadmap, timelines, and cross-functional dependencies.
• Lead testing, analytics, and optimization to improve engagement and revenue.
• Evaluate new ESPs, CDPs, and platforms with cross-team partners.
• Establish best practices for cadence, testing, opt-in/out management.
