JetBlue is seeking a Senior Analyst, Email Marketing Development to craft sophisticated, scalable email experiences across the customer lifecycle. The role blends hands-on HTML/CSS, data-driven personalization, and lifecycle campaigns to drive acquisition, engagement and loyalty.

You will partner with CRM Data & Audiences, Creative, Analytics, Loyalty and Data Science teams to translate business needs into technical email solutions, using Braze, Movable Ink, Liquid and SQL to optimize

Qualifications

• Experience coding responsive emails with HTML/CSS and building reusable templates.
• Strong experience with Braze or similar customer engagement platform.
• Experience with Movable Ink or dynamic content personalization.
• Experience using Liquid to build conditional logic and personalized emails.
• Strong SQL skills for data-driven audience validation and QA.
• Knowledge of email rendering across major clients and devices.

Responsabilités

• Build responsive, accessible HTML email experiences across promotional, lifecycle, and transactional communications.
• Develop modular, reusable email components and templates and maintain coding standards.
• Translate marketing strategies and customer journeys into production-ready emails.
• Create triggered and automated lifecycle communications within Braze.
• Develop dynamic experiences using customer data and personalization tools.
• Collaborate with CRM Strategy, Creative, Analytics, and Tech teams to support objectives.
• Query data for QA, troubleshooting and performance analysis.
• Ensure email quality across Gmail, Outlook, Apple Mail, Yahoo, etc.
