Job summary

TK Elevator in New Haven, CT seeks a Sr. Account Executive - Service/Repair to secure and grow service and repair business, managing key accounts and building long-term relationships with building owners, managers, and contractors.

You will analyze customer needs, prepare proposals, coordinate with operations, and navigate blueprints and elevator codes to win contracts while meeting revenue targets.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of sales experience in elevators or related industries.
• Ability to read/building blueprints and understand architectural drawings.
• Proven track record in service/repair and modernization sales.

Responsibilities

• Exceeds sales goals for service and repair growth and contract renewals.
• Visit and manage service accounts across assigned territory to build relationships.
• Develop capital plans to address building needs and translate into proposals.
• Prepare repair/service bids and coordinate with operations for approvals.
• Maintain CRM pipeline and ensure follow-up on proposals.
