TK Elevator is seeking an experienced Sr. Account Executive- Service/Repair for New Haven, CT. You will secure and maintain service accounts, manage relationships with customers, and drive revenue to meet annual goals.

The role requires 5+ years of elevator sales experience, ability to read blueprints, and strong knowledge of service/repair opportunities. You will collaborate with operations and utilize CRM tools to support client needs.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of related sales experience, elevator sales or industry experience.
• Ability to read and interpret architectural and/or blueprint/drawings preferred.
• Experience selling Service/Repair, Construction, and Modernization in elevator strongly preferred.

Responsabilités

• Exceeds sales goals and quotas by utilizing company tools for service and repair growth and cancellation reduction.
• Manages service accounts by visiting with Tier 1–3 customers to develop ongoing relationships.
• Develops capital plans for customers to address building needs.
• Prepares repair job proposals by estimating labor and other costs and reviewing blueprints.
• Prepares service contract bids and coordinates with operations for input and approvals.
• Monitors contract status and ensures customer satisfaction with service.
