Job summary

TK Elevator in Baltimore, MD is seeking an experienced Sr. Sales Representative for MOD modernization. You will bid, present, and secure modernization contracts while building strong relationships with customers.

You will develop quotes from blueprints, coordinate with operations, and ensure profitable projects. A background in elevator modernization and related sales is preferred, with CRM usage and market awareness of projects and competitors.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• 1–2 years of related sales experience in elevator industry preferred.
• Ability to read and interpret architectural drawings and blueprints.
• Experience selling Service/Repair, Construction, and Modernization in elevator preferred.

Responsibilities

• Bid and secure modernization contracts and develop customer relationships.
• Maintain knowledge of products and local elevator codes.
• Create quotes and bidding packages from blueprints and site surveys.
• Present bids and explain cost factors to customers.
• Coordinate with operations, legal, and contract admin on SOW and change orders.
• Maintain CRM and sales pipeline.
