TK Elevator in Ft. Lauderdale, FL is seeking an experienced Sales Executive - Modernization to bid and secure modernization contracts while developing and maintaining strong relationships with new and existing customers.

The role drives branch revenue by ensuring profitable modernization projects. You will coordinate with architects, general contractors, and the operations team to create quotes, review specs, and ensure profitability.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience required.
• 4–6 years of B2B sales experience in the elevator industry.
• Strong attention to detail with proactive follow-up skills.
• Ability to read and interpret architectural drawings (preferred).

Responsibilities

• Bid and secure modernization contracts with customers.
• Develop and maintain relationships with new and existing customers.
• Coordinate with architects, general contractors, and operations to prepare profitable bids.
• Prepare quotes, review specs, and ensure alignment with labor and profitability.
• Present bids, explain cost factors, and communicate modernization offerings.
• Collaborate with operations to finalize scope of work and change orders.
