Job summary

Otis Elevator Company is seeking a highly motivated Modernization Project Manager to oversee coordination of activities on multiple modernization installation projects in Canton, MA. The role requires ensuring on-time delivery, budget discipline, and adherence to safety and regulatory standards.

You will coordinate contract activities from award to completion, review progress with stakeholders, and communicate with cross-functional teams to ensure financial and customer success.

Qualifications

• 3+ years elevator industry project management and/or construction experience.
• Familiarity with cost estimating, scheduling, and contract administration.
• Ability to read and review architectural and structural drawings.
• Team-oriented and adaptable in dynamic settings.
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, for developing relationships with stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Ensure flawless execution of each project by completing on schedule, within budget, and meeting all technical & safety standards, regulatory compliance requirements, and customer expectations.
• Coordinate all contract activities from the project award stage to completion and provide a progress review to ensure documents align with project scope.
• Proactively communicate with multiple cross functional partners.
• Work closely with internal sales staff, superintendents, and senior leadership to ensure project success financially and for customers.
• Manage billing, consultant and contractor payments, RFIs, and change orders to maximize project cash coverage.
