Otis Elevator Company is seeking a Modernization Project Manager to oversee multiple installation projects in the Atlanta area. You will drive on-time delivery, manage budgets, and ensure safety and regulatory compliance while coordinating with sales, field teams, and leadership.

Qualifications

• 3+ years elevator industry project management/construction experience required.
• Familiarity with cost estimating, scheduling, and contract administration.
• Ability to read and review architectural and structural drawings.
• Team-oriented and adaptable in dynamic settings.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Self-motivated with ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously.
• Proficient in Microsoft software in technical environments.
• Strong leadership, time management, and organizational skills.
• High school diploma or equivalent; bachelor’s degree preferred.

Responsibilities

• Ensure project execution on schedule and within budget, meeting technical and safety standards, regulations, and customer expectations.
• Coordinate all contract activities from award to completion and verify alignment with project scope.
• Proactively communicate with cross-functional partners.
• Collaborate with internal sales staff, superintendents, and senior leadership to balance financial and customer outcomes.
• Manage billing, consultant/contractor payments, RFIs, and change orders to maximize cash flow.
• Interpret construction contracts and modifications to determine cost implications.
• Analyze situations and support development of contingencies for estimates.
