Job summary

Eaton’s Electronics Division is seeking a Senior Field Sales Engineer to join our team in the Minneapolis, MN area. You will drive electronics sales across Minnesota and surrounding states, focusing on OEM and EMS accounts, while designing high-performance Eaton solutions.

You will travel to key accounts, grow YoY performance, and partner with regional leaders to set strategic direction. A technical background in electronics and a proven outside sales record are essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree from an accredited institution.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in Electronics sales and technical selling.
• Possess valid driver's license.
• No relocation assistance; reside within 100 miles of Minneapolis, MN.
• Eaton will not sponsor immigration visas for this position.

Responsibilities

• Design in Eaton Electronics solutions and increase Eaton share in the marketplace.
• You will be assigned a territory based on significance to the company and their strategic accounts.
• You will partner with regional sales director and regional sales manager for strategic direction.
• You will spend the majority of your time at key accounts (within driving range).
• You will independently develop and implement action plans targeted at YOY growth and agreed performance levels.
• You will make recommendations to management regarding potential challenges or issues and schedule sales calls.
