Eaton's Electronics Division in Minneapolis, MN is seeking a Senior Field Sales Engineer to drive demand creation and design-in Eaton Electronics solutions with OEM/EMS accounts across Minnesota and nearby states.

The role requires a technical sales background, a bachelor’s degree, 3+ years in electronics sales, and the ability to travel up to 75%. You will partner with regional sales leadership to grow share in a dynamic global organization.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree from an accredited institution.
Minimum 3 years of experience in Electronics sales and technical selling.
Possess valid driver’s license.
No relocation assistance; reside within 100 miles of Minneapolis, MN.

Responsibilities

Design in Eaton Electronics solutions and increase Eaton share in the marketplace.
You will be assigned a territory based on significance to the company and their strategic accounts.
Partner with regional sales director and regional sales manager for strategic direction.
Spend the majority of time at key accounts (within driving range).
Independently develop and implement action plans targeted at YoY growth and agreed performance levels.
Provide recommendations to management on potential challenges with proactive sales calls.
