Job summary

M.C. Dean is seeking an ESS Technology Specialist 4 to join the Security and Electronic Systems unit in Huntsville.

You will design, engineer, integrate, and maintain electronic security services including intrusion, access control, biometrics, video surveillance, and IT systems for diverse customers. The role requires strong system administration and networking skills, the ability to obtain a SECRET clearance, and 30% travel.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or higher with relevant security systems experience.
• Ability to obtain a SECRET level clearance.
• Experience with installation, troubleshooting and testing of electronic security systems.
• Willingness to travel up to 30% and work flexible hours.

Responsibilities

• Analyze system performance and propose improvements.
• Provide on-site support and troubleshoot security systems.
• Read schematics, blueprints, and SOW documentation.
• Coordinate with engineering and field personnel on installations.
• Document service events, performance data, and test results.
