Job summary

M.C. Dean, Inc. is seeking a Tech Specialist 4 within the Security and Electronic Systems (SES) unit to design, engineer, integrate, operate and maintain electronic security services for federal, local and commercial customers.

This role requires TS/SCI with Polygraph and extensive on-site support experience, with travel across CONUS/OCONUS. The position offers competitive pay and full benefits, including medical, dental, vision, life, disability, PTO, 401k and tuition reimbursement.

Qualifications

• Clearance: TS/SCI with Polygraph required
• High School Diploma with 12+ years in installation/troubleshooting electronic security systems
• Associates with 10+ years experience or
• Bachelor's degree with 7+ years experience or
• Master's with 5+ years experience

Responsibilities

• Analyze system performance and recommend improvements
• Provide support to the system admin and engineering team using networking and system administration skills
• Communicate with customers, manufacturers, vendors and system administrators
• Train system users and other system support personnel
• Analyze and modify preventive maintenance checklists for system changes
• Troubleshoot system performance issues and implement corrective actions
• Prepare detailed documentation of system performance and service records
• Read and interpret engineering drawings and SOWs
• Travel as required for on-site support and install issues
• Interface with engineers and customers to ensure design efficiency
