Job summary

M.C. Dean's Security and Electronic Systems (SES) team in the United States seeks a Tech Specialist 3 to design, engineer, integrate, and maintain electronic security services for federal, local, and commercial clients.

You will lead project execution from design through commissioning, coordinating with customers, vendors, and engineers on security drawings, BOMs, and installation plans. The role demands 10+ years in security systems installation and testing, strong documentation, and travel

Qualifications

• 10+ years in electronic security installation, troubleshooting or testing.
• Experience with integration and commissioning of security systems.
• Ability to travel CONUS and OCONUS.
• Vendor certifications for electronic systems preferred.
• Flexible schedule including nights and weekends.

Responsibilities

• Analyze standards, processes, and templates to improve security solutions.
• Coordinate with customers, manufacturers, and engineers on projects.
• Lead design reviews and pre-install testing of security equipment.
• Prepare SOPs and project documentation.
• Provide on-site surveys and field troubleshooting.
