M.C. Dean is seeking an Electronics Technician 4 within the Security and Electronic Systems (SES) unit.

You will install and maintain IDS, ACS, and CCTV security systems, lead large installation projects, and ensure safety and quality standards. The role requires extensive electronics experience (8+ years) with at least 3 years in security systems, strong collaboration skills, and travel up to 50% to support federal, local and commercial customers.

Qualifications

• Eligibility for TOP SECRET clearance required.
• HS diploma or GED plus electronics training or apprenticeship.
• Eight+ years of electronics installation/maintenance experience with at least 3 years in electronic security systems.
• Travel up to 50% as part of the role.

Responsibilities

• Install and maintain electronic security systems.
• Lead large, complex installation projects with limited supervision.
• Program and install head end equipment for IDS, ACS, and CCTV systems.
• Lead on-site software commissioning and testing.
• Document and track RFIs and daily reports.
• Mentor technicians on site and coordinate project schedules.
