Job summary

M.C. Dean is seeking a Tech Specialist 4 within its Security and Electronic Systems (SES) unit to design, engineer, integrate, operate and maintain electronic security services for federal, local and commercial customers.

The role requires TS/SCI with Polygraph, strong system administration and network troubleshooting skills, and willingness to travel CONUS/OCONUS. On-site work with a collaborative engineering team in the US.

Qualifications

• Clearance TS/SCI with Polygraph required.
• Strong system administration and networking skills.
• Experience installing, troubleshooting electronic security systems.
• Willingness to travel CONUS/OCONUS.

Responsibilities

• Analyze system performance and recommend improvements
• Provide support to system administration and engineering team
• Interface with customers, manufacturers, vendors and system administrators
• Train system users and other system support personnel
• Read blue prints, schematics and statements of work (SOW)
• Answer support calls to help field personnel on installation issues
