Job summary

Diversified is a global leader in audiovisual and media technology, seeking a Senior Project Manager in Electronic Security Systems (ESS) to oversee large-scale projects from initiation to closeout. You will manage scope, schedule, budget, and quality while maintaining strong client relationships.

You will coordinate cross-functional teams, ensure compliance with design and safety standards, and drive successful project delivery across multiple sites. Travel and on-site leadership are expected.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
• 5+ years of Project Management experience in commercial construction trades or Electronic Security Systems (ESS).
• Experience driving waterfall schedules to fixed delivery dates and ensuring quality and profitability.
• Strong technical abilities and quick learning of new technologies.
• Experience in a client-facing role with enterprise-level clients.

Responsibilities

• Lead delivery of ESS projects from initiation to closure, managing scope, schedule, budget, quality, and client satisfaction.
• Coordinate teams, ensure compliance with specs, timelines and quality standards.
• Develop and maintain project baselines, schedules, and risk assessments; communicate impacts to stakeholders.
• Manage client relationships and expectations, ensuring clear, proactive communication.
• Oversee commissioning, turnover, and training for clients and service teams.
