Job summary

Diversified, a global leader in audiovisual and media technology, seeks a Senior Project Manager in Electronic Security Systems (ESS) in Cheyenne, WY. You will oversee all aspects of large-scale ESS projects from initiation to closeout, coordinating cross-functional teams and maintaining clear communication with stakeholders.

The role requires managing scope, schedule, budget, quality, and client satisfaction, with travel up to 25%.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of Project Management experience in commercial construction trades and settings or experience with Electronic Security Systems (ESS).
• Proven ability to follow repeatable processes and participate in CPI to iterate and improve workflows and best practices.
• Experience driving and delivering waterfall schedules to a fixed delivery date while monitoring and controlling projects to ensure required quality standards and profitability.

Responsibilities

• Leads the delivery of physical security systems by managing implementation, coordinating teams, and ensuring compliance with specifications, timelines, and quality standards.
• Demonstrates expertise in the delivery and integration of physical security technologies, including CCTV, access control, intrusion detection, and perimeter security solutions.
• Identify, qualify, and quantify construction-related risks and communicate them clearly to stakeholders to support proactive planning.
• Collaborates in design reviews to support accurate field documentation across project teams.
• Develops schedules, establishes project baselines, and communicates impacts to the client.
• Coordinate field verification of prospective work sites, ensure quality control, and document site conditions.
• Monitor and control the financial health of projects, track budgets, costs, and margins; implement corrective actions to prevent margin erosion.
• Address potential customer concerns and deliver solutions to clients and internal stakeholders to ensure a smooth project experience.
• Provide on-demand support to team members and coordinate resources to keep work progressing and goals on track.
• Partner with the site supervisor to drive the project's work plan and schedule.
