Job summary

Diversified is seeking a Senior Project Manager in Electronic Security Systems (ESS) to oversee large-scale ESS projects from initiation to closure. You will manage scope, schedule, budget, and quality while ensuring client satisfaction and cross-functional collaboration.

Travel up to 25% and strong communication with executives are expected, along with a proven track record in commercial construction and ESS delivery.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of Project Management experience in commercial construction trades or with Electronic Security Systems (ESS).
• Proven ability to follow repeatable processes and participate in CPI to iterate workflows and best practices.
• Experience driving and delivering waterfall schedules to a fixed delivery date while monitoring quality and profitability.
• Experience in a client-facing role with a professional demeanor.
• Strong technical abilities and ability to learn new technologies quickly.
• Experience with Enterprise level clients.
• Understanding of integrating Agile within a waterfall program to balance speed and schedule risks.
• Solid PMP methodologies and best practices knowledge.
• Travel up to 25% of the time is required.
• Must possess a valid driver's license.

Responsibilities

• Lead the delivery of ESS projects from initiation to closure, managing scope, schedule, and budget.
• Oversee cost, quality, and client satisfaction across project lifecycle.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams and maintain clear stakeholder communication.
• Develop schedules, baselines, and identify deviations with impact discussions for the client.
• Verify field readiness and document site conditions during project execution.
• Monitor project financial health and implement corrective actions to protect margins.
• Provide proactive, client-focused solutions and cross-team collaboration.
