Job summary

Diversified is seeking a Senior Project Manager for Electronic Security Systems (ESS) to oversee large-scale ESS projects from initiation to closure. You will manage scope, schedule, budget, quality, and client satisfaction, coordinating cross-functional teams and stakeholders.

The role requires 5+ years in project management within commercial construction or ESS, strong communication, and the ability to drive issues to resolution. Travel up to 25% and a client-facing focus are essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in a relevant field.
• 5+ years PM experience in commercial construction or ESS.
• Ability to manage cost, schedule, quality and client satisfaction.
• Experience with repeatable processes and CPI for improvements.
• Knowledge of PMP methodologies and best practices.
• Experience with enterprise-level clients and vendor coordination.
• Travel up to 25% and valid driver's license.

Responsibilities

• Lead delivery of physical security systems by managing scope, schedule and budget.
• Collaborate in design reviews and field documentation.
• Develop schedules, baselines, and communicate deviations to clients.
• Coordinate field verification, quality control and readiness of sites.
• Monitor budgets, costs, margins and take corrective actions for profitability.
• Maintain strong client relationships and proactive communications.
• Provide turnover, training, and support to teams; ensure successful project closeout.
