Job summary

Clear Destination Inc. is seeking a Senior Project Manager for Electronic Security Systems (ESS) to oversee full project delivery from initiation to closure.

You will manage scope, schedule, budget, quality, and client satisfaction on large-scale ESS projects while guiding cross-functional teams and stakeholders. Responsibilities include coordinating design reviews, schedules, site verifications, and successful commissioning of security systems, with frequent travel (up to 25%).

Qualifications

• 5+ years of Project Management experience in commercial construction trades or ESS.
• Proven ability to follow repeatable processes and participate in CPI to improve workflows.
• Experience driving waterfall schedules to a fixed delivery date while ensuring quality and profitability.
• Strong technical abilities and ability to learn new technologies quickly.
• Experience in a client-facing role with enterprise clients.
• Willingness to travel up to 25%.
• Valid driver’s license in residence state.

Responsibilities

• Leads delivery of physical security systems, managing scope, schedule, budget, quality and client satisfaction.
• Oversees project management activities and directs internal and external stakeholders.
• Develops strong client relationships, expectations, communications and satisfaction.
• Coordinates field verification, site readiness and documentation; ensures safety and quality standards.
• Monitors budgets, costs and margins; takes actions to prevent margin erosion and ensure profitability.
• Drives project turnover, training, and handover to service teams.
