Job summary

Diversified is seeking a Senior Project Manager in Electronic Security Systems (ESS) to lead large-scale ESS projects from initiation to handover. You will manage scope, schedule, budget, quality, and client satisfaction while coordinating cross-functional teams.

Based in the United States with up to 25% travel, this role requires strong leadership, PMP knowledge, and experience with enterprise clients in commercial construction and security systems.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of Project Management in commercial construction trades or ESS.
• Follow repeatable processes and participate in CPI to improve workflows.
• Deliver waterfall schedules to fixed delivery dates while ensuring quality and profitability.
• Strong technical abilities and ability to learn new technologies quickly.
• Client-facing with a pleasant professional demeanor.
• Experience with Enterprise level clients.
• Understand Agile within waterfall to balance speed and risk.
• Knowledge of PMP methodologies.
• Travel up to 25%.
• Valid driver’s license.

Responsibilities

• Lead the delivery of physical security systems by managing implementation, coordinating teams, and ensuring timelines, quality, and client satisfaction.
• Coordinate design reviews and field documentation across project teams.
• Develop schedules, establish baselines, and communicate deviations and impacts to the client.
• Coordinate field verification of prospective work sites and ensure quality control.
• Monitor budgets, costs, and margins; identify financial risks and take corrective actions.
• Oversee project turnover, training sessions with clients and service teams.
