Job summary

Versar Global Solutions seeks a full-time Project Manager to lead electronic security system installation projects across the United States. You will supervise planning, scheduling, budgeting, and coordination with clients and subcontractors to ensure on-time delivery.

The role requires 3–5 years in PM, ESS experience, and ability to obtain Public Trust clearance. Travel will be extensive, with remote work possible during project phases, and MS Office proficiency is essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree with 3–5 years of verifiable project management experience.
• Proficiency with MS Office programs including Word, Excel, and Project.
• Certifications or ability to obtain Hirsch, Bosch BVMS, and Bosch IDS; experience with Commend, Aiphone, Inovonics, and networks.
• Prior experience as a project manager for ESS projects with full understanding of clients, financials, vendor relationships, subcontractors, and project staff.
• Public Trust clearance requirements.

Responsibilities

• Provide overall management of multiple projects mainly on customer sites with some remote work; extensive travel around project schedules.
• Meet or exceed client project execution requirements through effective resource allocation and by following budget and schedule parameters.
• Manage internal resources and subcontractors; verify installation quality, evaluate subcontracted work, and manage invoices and scope changes.
• Ensure contractual compliance with all installation activities, deliverables, and schedule.
• Manage and document inventory of equipment and materials for projects.
• Ensure internal PM procedures are followed, including revenue forecasting and EAC.
• Ensure all projects are carried out safely per Versar's safety requirements.
• Meet with and report weekly to internal and external stakeholders.
