Job summary

i2G Systems is seeking a Site Lead/Senior Technician to manage installation and service of security solutions at client sites. You will oversee technicians and subcontractors, ensure alignment with project timelines, and coordinate with internal teams to deliver safe, compliant, and high-quality systems.

Ideal candidates have 5–7 years in physical/electronic security, strong knowledge of access control, and experience with Lenel/Genetec.

Qualifications

• Experience with access control systems, preferably Lenel/Genetec.
• Proficient in installing and troubleshooting security systems.
• Strong MS Office skills for documentation and reporting.
• Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
• Excellent organizational and time-management abilities.
• Effective verbal and written communication.
• Customer-focused with a service mindset.
• 5–7 years in physical/electronic security fields.

Responsibilities

• Follow and track project scheduling.
• Direct subcontractor and internal resource communications.
• Manage and coordinate multiple technicians and subcontractors.
• Read and understand specifications; maintain accurate system documentation.
• Perform installation and training on control systems.
• Troubleshoot and maintain security systems.
• Coordinate project activities with internal and external teams.
• Document and communicate project changes and implement them.
• Complete final Test and Acceptance of security systems.
