Job summary

Diversified is seeking a Senior Installation Superintendent - Electronic Security in Richmond, VA to lead field installation activities on complex projects. You will interpret drawings, coordinate with project teams, and ensure timely, high-quality delivery of security systems installations.

The role requires 3+ years in field installation supervision, experience with CCTV/ACS platforms, and ability to review BOMs, manage schedules, and mentor technicians. Travel to client sites is expected.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of related experience in field installation supervision.
• Must understand access control/CCTV systems and install devices.
• Experience with listed systems (Genetec, Lenel, Avigilon, AMAG).
• Clean driving record and ability to operate a vehicle.
• Willingness to travel to job sites as required.

Responsibilities

• Single point of contact for project manager and field staff on site.
• Coordinate with project management, field superintendents and clients.
• Review BOM and ensure material availability for each job.
• Maintain site schedules and ensure DIV28 quality control standards.
• Mentor technicians and communicate issues to the PM and Eng team.
