Job summary

i2G Systems is seeking a Lead Technician/Site Lead to manage installation and service of security solutions for diverse clients in the United States. You will coordinate with internal teams, external subcontractors, and clients to ensure project success, providing daily updates and mentoring junior staff toward project management roles.

The role requires 5-7 years of physical/electronic security experience and strong knowledge of access control systems such as Lenel or Genetec.

Qualifications

• 5-7 years of physical/electronic security experience.
• Experience with access control systems; Lenel/Genetec preferred.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.
• Strong organization, time management and documentation skills.
• Ability to work independently and with teams.

Responsibilities

• Follow and track project scheduling.
• Direct subcontractor, internal resource communications.
• Manage and coordinate multiple technicians and subcontractors.
• Read and understand written specifications, drawings and controlling documents; maintain current documentation.
• Perform installation and training on implemented control systems.
• Troubleshoot and maintain control systems for customers.
• Coordinate project activities with internal and external parties.
• Document and communicate changes and implement them.
• Complete final Test and Acceptance of security systems.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
