Job summary

Diversified is seeking a Senior Installation Superintendent - Electronic Security to lead field installations on complex projects in the Cedar Rapids area. You will coordinate with project management, survey drawings, BOMs, and multi-discipline teams to ensure on-time delivery and quality.

This role requires strong leadership, deep knowledge of access control and CCTV systems, and the ability to manage schedules, safety, and vendor relationships across concurrent sites.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3+ years in field supervision of electronic security installations.
• Experience with access control and CCTV systems installation and troubleshooting.
• Ability to read drawings, BOMs and coordinate with PMs and Design Engineering.

Responsibilities

• Provide single point of onsite contact to the client.
• Track hours for subcontractors and crews.
• Coordinate multiple installation superintendents on large projects.
• Review BOMs at job start and ensure material readiness.
• Maintain schedule and communicate risks to management.
