Job summary

Diversified Ltd is seeking a Senior Field Service Engineer in Dallas for on-site support of electronic security systems. You will diagnose, repair, and optimize access control, video surveillance, and intrusion detection across client environments.

The role requires leadership in small projects, strong networking skills, and the ability to communicate effectively with clients and internal teams. On-site, full-time work with some on-call rotation.

Qualifications

• 3+ years installing and supporting enterprise-level security systems.
• Industry certifications in access control or video management systems.
• Strong enterprise networking and IP ESS architectures knowledge.
• Proficiency with major ESS platforms and documentation tools.

Responsibilities

• Perform preventive maintenance and break/fix repairs on ESS systems.
• Serve as primary technical escalation point for complex issues.
• Lead small service projects and system upgrades with scheduling.
• Configure, monitor, and maintain IP-based security devices.
• Maintain service records from issue to resolution.
