Job summary

Xerox is seeking a Production Service Technician to deliver expert electromechanical service on large-scale production equipment. You will diagnose issues, perform software loads, install and retrofit components, and maintain inventory while ensuring top-tier customer satisfaction.

The role requires strong time management, the ability to lift 50 pounds, and a valid driver’s license with an acceptable MVR. U.S. visa for travel to the United States may be needed for training opportunities.

Qualifications

• Senior electro-mechanical experience with multi-meter use and ability to read electrical schematics.
• Excellent time management and reliability; able to meet deadlines.
• Valid driver’s license and satisfactory motor vehicle record.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and be active most of the workday.
• Certifications related to this role are a plus.

Responsibilities

• Provide outstanding service and manage calls to meet customer SLA and satisfaction.
• Perform maintenance and repairs on large scale production equipment with diagnostics and software loads.
• Conduct installations, removals, retrofits and use remote resolution tools.
• Serve as primary customer contact for maintenance and inventory of equipment.
• Support teammates with policies, procedures and best practices.
