Qualifications

• Valid driver's license and clean MVR check.

Responsibilities

• Offer outstanding service to clients and resolve issues per SLA.
• Apply senior electromechanical knowledge to repair production equipment.
• Perform diagnostics, software loads, installation, removal, and retrofits.
• Be the primary customer contact for maintenance and inventories.
• Mentor teammates on policies, procedures and best practices.
