Job summary

• Valid driver's license with appropriate insurance coverage.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and perform site work safely.

Responsibilities

• Offer outstanding service and manage calls per SLA to satisfy customers.
• Repair devices using electromechanical knowledge; training provided.
• Serve as primary customer contact and manage inventories for assigned equipment.
• Provide clear communication about equipment status; coordinate with Xerox team.
• Deliver customer training to improve end-user knowledge of products.
