Responsibilities

• Provide outstanding service; manage calls and resolve issues per SLA.
• Repair and maintain large-scale production equipment; diagnostics and software loads.
• Perform full maintenance cycle including installation, retrofit, and remote resolution tooling.
• Be primary customer contact; manage equipment inventories and parts.
• Share policy guidance and best practices with teammates.
