Qualifications

• Electro-mechanical experience with troubleshooting electrical circuits
• Excellent time management and reliability
• Valid driver’s license and automobile insurance
• Ability to lift 50 pounds and perform active field work

Responsibilities

• Provide outstanding service to clients; ensure devices are working correctly
• Use electro-mechanical skills to repair devices; training provided by Xerox
• Achieve productivity goals: 5 gross calls per day, 50% first-time fix, 2–4 hour response times, minimize parts costs
