Qualifications

• Senior electro-mechanical experience with troubleshooting large production equipment.
• Strong time management and reliability to meet deadlines.
• Valid driver's license; MVR background check required.
• Ability to lift 50 pounds and perform in a physically active role.
• Certifications in related fields are a plus.

Responsibilities

• Provide outstanding service to clients and resolve issues per SLA to optimize satisfaction.
• Repair and maintenance on large-scale production equipment with advanced diagnostics.
• Perform full maintenance including diagnostics, software loads, installation, and remote resolution.
• Serve as primary contact for maintenance, production, and inventory management.
• Guide teammates on policies, procedures and best practices.
