Job summary

Xerox is expanding its Technical Services division and has an immediate need for professional field service technicians to delight our customers. You will provide on-site service, diagnose and repair devices, and participate in training programs.

Applicants should have electro-mechanical experience, a valid driver’s license, and the ability to lift up to 50 pounds. The role demands reliability, strong time management, and the capacity to meet response and productivity targets.

Qualifications

• Electro-mechanical troubleshooting with multimeter usage and reading schematics.
• Strong time management and reliability; punctuality and meeting deadlines are valued.
• Valid driver’s license and automobile insurance with company minimums.
• Active role requiring lifting up to 50 pounds and extensive walking/standing.

Responsibilities

• Provide outstanding service to clients; ensure devices work correctly and deliver top-notch service.
• Use electro-mechanical skills to repair devices; receive training from certified instructors.
• Meet productivity targets: 5 gross calls per day, 50% fix-on-first-time, 2–4 hour response times.
