Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in STEM and 10+ years of relevant experience.
• Experience leading large cross-functional teams on complex subsystems.
• Strong background in RF sub-systems, CCA design, and RF testing.
• Ability to decompose requirements into subsystem architectures.
• Experience in proposal development and MBSE.

Responsibilities

• Lead GS technical integrity and data package development.
• Manage technical risk and oversee GS failure investigations.
• Guide hardware and software interface definitions and testing.
• Coordinate with suppliers and customers in lab or field environments.
• Mentor teams and collaborate with program management.
